Windows Live Mail

 

Simply follow the steps below to set up your email account in Windows Live Mail.

1.)    Click the Windows Live Mail button

2.)    Click the Options button

3.)    Click the Email accounts... button


 

Now you will see the ‘Accounts’ pop up window as shown below.

1.)    Click Add...

  


 

Now you will see the ‘Add an account’ pop up window as shown below.

1.)    Select Email Account

2.)    Click Next


 

Now you need to enter your email account details.

1.)    Enter your email address

2.)    Enter your password

3.)    Check the Remember this password box

4.)    Enter the name you would like to be displayed when you email

5.)    Check the Manually Configure Server Settings box

6.)    Click Next


 

Now you need to configure the server settings as shown below.

1.)    Select POP from the drop down menu

2.)    Type pop3.scorchotago.co.nz in the Incoming mail server address box

3.)    Change your user name to be your full email address

4.)    Type smtp.scorchotago.co.nz in the Outgoing mail server address box

5.)    Click Next

 


 

Done!

1.)    Click Finish to exit this window


 

1.)    Click Close to start using Windows Live Mail!
