Can I get internet where I am?
You will need a line of sight to one of our access points. Contact us with your address to find out if it's possible.
I think there's a problem with my connection. What can I do?
Try restarting your computer and powering off your wireless router (if you have one) then back on. We find that usually fixes a lot of issues. If that doesn't work give us a call and we can help get you back up and running.
Why aren't my emails working?
Do you have an internet connection? If you aren't connected for whatever reason your emails won't work, so check that first. If you are able to load webpages fine it may be something in the settings, give us a call to talk to someone about it or if you feel comfortable you can check this yourself with our settings and tutorials.
Note: If you are using an email address from a different provider you will only need to use our settings for the outgoing server. Call us to discuss this.
